越鞠丸加味治疗肠道易激综合征的临床观察

目的：观察越鞠丸加味治疗肠道易激综合征的临床疗效。方法：将90例肠道易激综合征的患者随机分为2组，治疗组给予越鞠丸加味治疗，对照组给予黄连素、谷维素20mg口服，两组以14天为1疗程。结果：治疗组治愈28例，总有效94％，对照组治愈18例，总有效65％，2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：越鞠丸加味治疗肠道易激综合征疗效显著。

The clinical observation on treating irritable bowel syndrome in Yueju wan

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yueju wan treat irritable bowel syndrome. Methods： 90 cases of irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, in which, treatment group treated by Yueju wan, while control group received berberine and oryzanol 20mg oral for 14 days for a course. Results： Cure rate in treatment group was 28 cases, and the total effective rate was 94%. Cure rate in control group was 18 cases, and the total effective rate was 65%. Compared the two groups, there had obviously meaning （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Yueju wan treat irritable bowel syndrome had notable effect.
