半夏泻心汤加味治疗胃食管返流病65例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨中医疗法半夏泻心汤加味对胃食管返流病的临床指导作用。方法：将我院收治的65例胃食管返流病患者随机分为2组：治疗组（35例）服用半夏泻心汤加减治疗，对照组（30例）口服奥美拉唑、莫沙必利，口服8周后评定疗效，两组疗程均为8周，停药三个月后观察效果。结果：治疗组总有效率91．43％；对照组总有效率76．67％，2组总有效率数据上的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：半夏泻心汤加味具有辛开苦降、化痰散结、降气止痛效果，在临床上对胃食管返流病的治疗有良好的效果。

Clinical effective observation on treating 65 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease with Banxia Xiexin decoction

Objective： To discuss the clinical guidance effect of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease with Banxia Xiexin decoction. Methods： Randomly divided 65 cases with gastroesophageal reflux disease in our hospital into two groups. The treatment group （n=35） treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction, while the control group （n=30） treated with omeprazole, mosapride, evaluated the efficacy after 8 weeks, the course of two groups both 8 weeks, observed the clinical effect followed withdrawal three months. Results： In the treatment group the total effective rate was 91.43%, while the control group＇s was 76.67%, the total effective rate difference between two groups had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin decoction has the effects of Xinkai Kujiang, Huatan Sanjie, Jiangqi Zhitong and has better clinical effect on treating gastroesophageal reflux disease.
