桂枝芍药知母汤加味治疗活动性类风湿关节炎观察

目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤加味对活动性类风湿关节炎（RA）疾病的治疗作用。方法按简单随机化原则将活动性RA患者分组，治疗组35例，口服加味桂枝芍药知母汤，每日1剂，疗程为4同；对照组22例，口服西乐葆，每日200mg，疗程亦为4周。结果治疗组愈显率为51．4％，总有效率为88．6％，疗效明显优于对照组的27．3％、68．2％（P〈0.05）。结论加味桂枝芍药知母汤在抗炎镇痛等方面有明显的优势，是治疗RA的有效方剂。

Clinical observation of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To study the efficacy of modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Patients with active rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups randomly and consecutively.Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction was given to the treatment group of 35 cases,once daily for 4 weeks.The control group of 22 cases was given Xilebao,200mg daily for the same period of time.Results The ratio of recovery and efficacy was 51.4% and the total ratio of efficacy was 88.6% in the treatment group,which were significantly higher than those who were 27.3%,68.2% respectively in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhishaoyaozhimu decoction in the treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis is highly effective in the aspect of anti-inflammation and analgesia.
