| 摘 要： | 目的:观察痉挛肌治疗仪对痉挛型脑性瘫痪儿童大运动功能的影响。方法:70例痉挛型脑性瘫痪患儿随机分为两组,其中观察组40例,对照组30例。在综合康复基础上,观察组加用痉挛肌治疗仪治疗。采用粗大运动功能评价量表(GMFM)及改良Ashworth量表(MAS)进行评定。结果:治疗3个月后,两组治疗前、后组内比较,两组患儿的运动功能和肌痉挛均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。而治疗后两组比较,观察组更优于对照组(P<0.05);两组疗效比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痉挛肌治疗仪治疗小儿脑性瘫痪能更加明显改善痉挛状态,提高运动功能。
