| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重症甲型H1N1流感预警指标。方法:检测418例确诊甲型H1N1流感患者实验室指标,分普通患者与重症患者比较。结果:重症甲流患者血清铁、CRP、ESR、心肌酶变化明显。结论:重症甲型H1N1流感患者血清铁、CRP、血沉、心肌酶可作为预警指标,CH50、免疫球蛋白有一定预警意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the early warning indicators of influenza A H1N1 severe patients.Methods:The laboratory indexes of the patients were detected.Compared the severe patients with the mild patients.Results:Serum iron,CRP,ESR,myocardial enzymes changed significantly in severe patients.Conclusion:Serum iron,CRP,ESR,myocardial enzymes of the severe patients could be used as early warning indicators.CH50,IgM have certain warning values. |
