| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肠系膜静脉血栓并肠坏死的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法:对3例肠系膜静脉血栓并肠坏死的临床表现、诊断、治疗、病理进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果:肠系膜静脉血栓并肠坏死临床上较为少见,早期症状不明显,确诊较为困难,后期病情危重,不采取外科干预死亡率较高。术后合理运用抗凝药物治疗。结论:肠系膜静脉血栓并肠坏死症状无特异性,容易误诊。后期病情凶险,适时外科干预是治疗的关键。 |
