| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合法治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法:将212例消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用中药。对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果:观察组临床总有效率为95.37%,高于对照组总有效率83.65%,具有显著差异(χ2=11.51,P<0.01)。随访1年,观察组复发率为12.96%,明显少于对照组28.85%,具有显著差异(χ2=8.13,P<0.01)。两组在治疗过程中均未见明显的不良反应。结论:中西医结合法治疗消化性溃疡疗效佳,而且也安全,建议临床进一步推广。
