大鼠皮肤的硫胺素单磷酸酶阳性神经支配

摘    要:
本实验用酶组织化学和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)追踪技术证实:1.硫胺素单磷酸酶(TMPase)阳性神经未梢见于鼠爪掌皮肤,多位于真皮深部,成束地或单个游离地散在于汗腺之间的结缔组织。它们纤细、呈棕黑色,其表面串珠样膨体清晰可辩,与无髓C类纤维相似。另有部分纤维无TMPase活性。在表皮未见到阳性未梢。2.HRP肋间神经注射后,在后根节有散在的HRP标记细胞,以中小型细胞为主,大型细胞少见。仅有少数中小型标记细胞具有TMPase活性,有的小于20μ。结果表明:爪掌皮肤含TMPase阳性纤维,胸部皮肤具有TMPase阳性神经支配,提示TMPase可能是皮肤神经内一种新的化学成分,与皮肤的某一感觉形式有关。

Abstract:
The thiamine monophosphatase(TMPase)—positive innervation of skin was inves- tigated by means of enzymohistochemistry and horseradish peroxidase(HRP)tracing technique.1.TMPase—positive nerve terminals and fibers were observed in rat palm skin,the majority of which lay in the deep dermis and were in nerve bundles and single fiber distributed in the connective tissue between sweat glands.The appearance of positive fibers was brown,thin and smooth with single varicosities,which was similar to sensory unmyelinatd C fibres.In addition,part of the fibres displayed no TMPase activity.No positive nerve fibres or terminals were observed in the epidermis of palm skin.2.After injection of HRP into intercostal nerves,the diffuse HRP—la- beled cells were observed in spinal ganglia.They were largely small and medium—sized and rarely large—sized,a small fraction of which displayed TMPase activity and some were of less than 20u diameter. The results confirmed the TMPase—containing nerve fibres in the palm skin and the TMPase—positive innervation in the chest skin,which suggests that they make up a type of chemically identified nerve fibers of skin and be related to some sensory modality.
