| 摘 要： | 目的了解新蔡县人群艾滋病(AIDS)防治知识水平现状,为进一步开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,进行无关联匿名问卷调查。结果共调查各类人群961人,其中初中二年级学生327人,有偿供血员325人,其他普通人群309人。学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率为47.86%,有偿献血员知晓率62.11%,其他人群知晓率41.20%,三类人群知晓率均有显著性差异。艾滋病知识主要来源于电视、报纸杂志、宣传材料,人群获取艾滋病知识的最喜爱的途径是电视。结论根据各类人群特点,结合他们的知识需求,充分发挥电视和报纸在居民健康教育中的作用,提高居民艾滋病防治知识水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the present stutas of AIDS knowledge among residents in Xincai County,and then to provide basis for AIDS health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using no-relation anonymous method by random sampling among 961 residents,of which 327 were the second graders of junior middle school students,325 were former paid blood donors and 309 were the general crowds.Results The correct rate of students about AIDS was 47.86%,blood donors was 62.11%,and the general crowds was 41.20%(P<0.01.AIDS knowledge was obtained from television,newspapers,and magazines.The best way of obtaining AIDS knowledge was watching television.Conclusion It was effective to improve HIV/AIDS related knowledge of the residents via TV program and newspapers. |
