左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭合并心力衰竭患者的效果

目的:观察左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭合并心力衰竭患者的效果。方法:选取46例慢性肾衰竭合并心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各23例。对照组采用血液透析治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后心功能指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.30%(21/23),明显高于对照组的65.22%(15/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组左室收缩末期内径和左室舒张末期内径明显小于对照组,左室射血分数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合血液透析治疗慢性肾衰竭合并心力衰竭患者可提高治疗总有效率,以及改善心功能指标水平,优于单纯血液透析治疗效果。

Effects of L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis on patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure

Objective:To investigate effects of L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis on patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure.Methods:46 patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,while the observation group was treated with L-carnitine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,the heart function indicator levels before and after the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.30%(21/23),which was significantly higher than 65.22%(15/23)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:L-carnitine combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of the patients with chronic renal failure and heart failure can improve the total effective rate of treatment and improve the heart function indicator levels.Moreover,it is superior to single hemodialysis.
