| 摘 要： | 多学科会诊是规范诊疗、保障医疗质量的核心制度。从院际会诊与院内会诊两个案例入手，解析会诊制度执行存在的主要问题，探讨了落实会诊制度的管理策略:制定会诊制度与流程；规范会诊前准备工作；明确会诊人员资质要求；健全会诊反馈机制等。

| Abstract: | Multidisciplinary consultation is the core system to standardize diagnosis and treatment and ensure medical quality.Taking two cases of inter-hospital consultation and in-hospital consultation as examples,the main problems existing in the implementation of the consultation system were analyzed.Furthermore,the management strategies to strengthen the implementation of the consultation system were discussed,which included developing the consultation system and procedures,standardizing the preparation work before consultation,clarifying the qualification requirements of consultation personnel,and improving consultation feedback mechanism. |
