食管癌患者支持性照护需求现况及影响因素分析

目的：了解食管癌患者支持性照护需求，分析其影响因素。方法：使用便利抽样法，抽取食管癌患者569例。采用一般情况调查表、癌症患者支持性照护需求量表对其进行调查，并分析其影响因素。结果：食管癌患者支持性照护需求总分为（115.43±20.79）分，多元线性回归分析结果显示：文化程度、对疾病了解程度、距首次确诊时间是食管癌患者支持性照护需求的主要影响因素 。结论：食管癌患者支持性照护需求处于中等偏高水平，尤其关注文化程度较低、对疾病不了解、距首次确诊时间较短的患者。

Analysis of supportive care needs and influencing factors in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective: To understand the supportive care needs of patients with esophageal cancer, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods: Using convenience sampling, a total of 569 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the subjects. The general situation questionnaire and supportive care needs scale for cancer patients were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results: The total score of supportive care needs of patients with esophageal cancer was 115.43±20.79. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, understanding of the disease and time since the first diagnosis were the main influencing factors for supportive care needs of patients with esophageal cancer（P＜0.05). Conclusion: The supportive care needs of patients with esophageal cancer are at the high level. In particular, patients with low education level, lack of understanding of the disease and short time since the first diagnosis are concerned.
