疏肝养胃通脉冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎后胃黏膜P16 P53和Rb蛋白表达的观察

目的观察疏肝养胃通脉冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)后P16、P53和Rb蛋白的变化。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P方法,对106例不同病理亚型CAG患者进行P16、P53和Rb蛋白检测。结果P16蛋白随胃癌前病变的萎缩、化生、异型增生及幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染严重程度增加而减弱,而P53和Rb蛋白相反;治疗后,上调P16蛋白,下调P53和Rb蛋白且治疗前后比较除非Hp感染组的Rb蛋白外差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论疏肝养胃通脉冲剂能抑杀Hp,修复损伤的P16、P53、Rb蛋白和胃黏膜上皮,改善患者临床症状,对CAG的治疗和预防癌变有较好的作用。

Observation P16,P53 and Rb protein expression in precancerous lesions of stomach with chinese herbal medicine Shugan Yangwei Tongmai granules

Objective To observe the changes of P16,P53 and Rb protein expression in precancerous lesions of stomach(PLS)with Chinese herbal medicine Shugan Yangwei Tongmai Granules(SYTG).Methods The expressions of P16,P53 and Rb protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in 106 cases with various pathological subtype PLS.Results Aggravating of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,atypical hyperplasia and helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection decrease positive expression of P16,on the contrary of P53 and Rb protein.In post-treatment,up-regulation of P16 expression and down-expression of P53 and Rb were detected.Those were significantly different between pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),apart from Rb expression of no-Hp infected group(P>0.05).Conclusion SYTG has a certain effect on PLS by resisting Hp,and can repair impaired P16,P53 and Rb genes and gastric mucous membrane to improve clinical symptom of PLS.It has a definite therapeutic effect on PLS and prevention effect against carcinogenesis.
