隐性高血压的研究现状

随着动态血压监测的临床广泛应用,隐性高血压逐渐被发现并日益受到重视。隐性高血压可发展为持续性高血压,对心血管及肾脏系统造成损害。其靶器官损害等同于持续性高血压,因而增加了心血管疾病的风险,使心血管疾病的发生率及病死率增加。故正确的认识、有效的筛查、早期诊断和对因治疗是减少心血管疾病风险的必要手段。

With extensive clinical application of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring,masked hypertension has been found and more and more attention.Masked hypertension can develop persistent hypertension,cardiovascular and renal system damage.Equal to its target organ damage persistent hypertension,thereby increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease,the incidence of cardiovascular disease and mortality.Therefore,correct understanding and effective screening,early diagnosis and proper treatment is to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease means necessary.
