亚胺培南/西司他丁的抗生素后效应及其影响因素的研究

摘    要:研究亚胺培南/西司他丁的体外抗生素后效应(PAE)及其影响因素。结果发现亚胺培南/西司他丁对常见感染致病菌金葡球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌能产生0.6~3.2h的PAE,以金葡球菌标准株最长;随着药物浓度增加及接触时间延长,PAE延长,但有极限值,于10MIC~20MIC,接触2h达最大值;亚胺培南/西司他丁与阿米卡星联用后PAE呈半相加作用

Abstract:This study was designed to investigate the in vitro postantibiotic effect (PAE) of imipenem and its influence factors. It was found that PAEs of imipenem range from 0.6 to 3.2 hours on strains of common clinical infectious pathogens: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudo monas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumoniae . The PAE on S.aureus ATCC25923 was the longest. The PAE was prolonged with increase in concentration and prolongation of exposure duration, but there was a maximal value. The PAE reached the maximal value at 10 or 20 times MIC after two hours exposure. When imipenem and amikacin were combined, the PAE showed semi addition effect.
