| 摘 要： | [目的]了解南宁市城区全面开展联合化疗后新发麻风病病例的情况,为制定防治措施提供依据。[方法]对南宁市城区1986~2008年麻风病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]1986~2008年麻风病新发病例合计61例。其中,1986年14例,1987年5例,2000年1例,2002年4例,2004~2008年分别为3、2、1、3、2例;男性44例、女性17例,发现时年龄46.07±16.28岁,发病时年龄43.11±16.26岁。61例中,门诊被动发现的占83.61%;发病型别少菌型(TT、BT)占60.66%;4例出现Ⅱ级畸残。[结论]南宁市目前麻风病仍处于低流行状态,各项麻风病防治工作力度需要加强。
