摘    要:
目的探讨使用离子色谱法测定食品中的亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐。方法通过实验分析,确定测定中离子色谱的最优化条件。结果亚硝酸盐精密度为0.42%,加标回收率为96.8%-100.7%;硝酸盐精密度为0.36%,加标回收率为98.4%~101.8%。结论该方法具有选择性好,灵敏度高,准确性高等优点。

Abstract:
Objective To probe into the availability of nitrite and nitrate determination in foods by ion chromatography. Methods To ascertain the most optimal conditions by experiment analysis. Results The precisions of nitrite and nitrate were 0.42% and 0.36% respectively, the coefficient of recovery of nitrite and nitrate were 96.8-100.7% and 98.4-101.8% respectively. Condusion Good selectivity, high sensitivity and high accuracy are advanced characteristics of this method.
