| 摘 要： | 目的观察和评估Dynalok系统内固定技术治疗腰椎滑脱的临床效果。方法对32例腰椎滑脱患者在充分减压基础上,行Dynalok系统复位内固定和植骨融合。结果随访3~18个月,32例中24例达完全复位,5例复位达70%。临床疗效:优27例,良4例,可1例。椎体间融合良好。无断钉、断板和松动现象。结论Dynalok内固定系统利用纵向滑移杠杆和提拉螺旋原理,提供了良好的撑开、提拉复位作用,临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical results of Dynalok spinal system for the treatment of spondylolisthesis.Methods 32 cases of spondylolisthesis were treated with decompression,Dynalok spinal system reduction and internal fixation and bone graft fusion. Results All cases were followed up for 3~18 months.Of the 32 cases,24 reached complete(92%)reduction,and 5 reached 70% reduction.The clinical curative effect was excellent in 27cases, good in 4,and fair in 1. Radiography demonstrated total fusion in 32 cases. No lossening or breakage of pedicle screws and plates was found. Conclusions Dynalok spinal system can provide good distraction and reduction through level and spiral principle,and the effect is satisfactory. |
