地奥心血康对犬心肌缺血再灌损伤心功能保护作用的细胞学研究

摘    要:
16只成年杂种犬复制心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,分为地奥心血康治疗组(DKG)和生理盐水对照组(CG)。结果表明,地奥心血康能稳定有效地改善缺血再灌注后的心功能障碍,再灌后120min、240min、DKG的LVSP、士dp/dtmax等均明显高于CG。实验进程中DKG血清G0T、HBDH水平明显低于CG。地奥心血康显著降低心肌组织LPO含量。心肌超微结构观察显示,地奥心血康对心肌结构完整性有显著的保护作用,并可防止毛细血管堵塞。

Abstract:
Sixteen hybrid dogs were randomly divided into myocardial ischemia and reperfusionDi’aoxinxuekang一treated group( DKG )and control group(CG).The results demonstrated thatDi’aoxinxuekang (DK)might effectively attenuate the dysfunction due to ischemia and reperfusion,and LVSP,+dt/dp max were markedly higher in DKG than those in CG at 120 min,240 min afterreperfusion. The elevated levels of serum GOT HBDH were much lower in DKG than those inCG. The DK obviouslv reduced contet of myocardial LPO. Ultrastructural observation showed thatDK had notably protective action on integrity of myocardial structure and could prevent capillariesfrom being occluded.
