摘    要:
三聚氰胺作为化工原料主要应用于工业生产,如果添加到食品中,可引起泌尿系统结石,严重者可致死,因此使用三聚氰胺研制泌尿系统结石动物模型,对进行其机理与治疗研究具有重要的现实意义,本文从三聚氰胺的理化性质、代谢、毒性、中毒症状、中毒机制以及近年来三聚氰胺诱发人与动物泌尿系统结石的实验报道等多方面,综述了三聚氰胺的泌尿系统结石动物模型研究进展,并进一步提出了中医药在防治尿结石方面的作用,将有益于三聚氰胺泌尿系结石模型的更多选择性研究。

Abstract:
The melamine mainly applies as the industrial chemicals in the industrial production, if is increased to food, may cause the urolithiasis, serious may lethal, therefore the use melamine development urolithiasis animal model, to carries on its mechanism and the treatment research has the vital practical significance, the article from the melamine physics and chemistry nature, metabolism, the toxicity, the symptom of poisoning, the toxicant mechanism as well as the recent years melamine induced the person and the animal urolithiasis experiment report and so on is various, summarizes the melamine urolithiasis animal model study to progress, and further proposed the Chinese medicine in the prevention urolithiasis aspect's function, will be beneficial in the melamine urolithiasis stone model more selective research.
