The therapeutic effect of Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk on infantile eczema

Objective To explore the effect of Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk in the treatment of infantile eczema.Methods A total of 144 cased of infantile eczema treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into three groups using a random number table method,including the treatment group (n=52),the control group A (n=43),and the control group B(n=49).The treatment group was treated with Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk.The control group A was treated with simply Jin Yu Waixi Recipe.The control group B applied nourishing essence milk externally.The clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group A and B was lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).On the first day of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms among each group (P>0.05).The scores of each group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment were lower than those on the first day of treatment(P<0.05).The scores of subjective symptoms and other symptoms in the control group A and B were higher than those in the treatment group on the 7th and 14th days of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Jin Yu Waixi Recipe combined with nourishing essence milk has a significant effect on the treatment of infant eczema,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children and improve the skin condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
