穴位贴敷是一种传统中医外治法，因其操作简便、成本低廉、无创伤等优势在临床应用广泛，尤其是在促进胃肠道术后患者胃肠功能恢复，预防术后胃瘫、胃肠黏连等并发症方面颇有成效。为进一步了解穴位贴敷对胃肠道术后患者胃肠功能恢复的应用情况，本文通过整理回顾分析相关文献，对穴位贴敷的理论基础、穴位选择、药物选择、联合疗法等进行综述，为促进胃肠道术后患者胃肠功能恢复的临床护理提供更全面的思路。

Acupoint application is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method.Because of its easy operation,low cost,non-invasiveness and other advantages,it is widely used in clinical practice,especially in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after gastrointestinal tract surgery,preventing postoperative gastroplegia,postoperative gastrointestinal adhesions and other complications.In order to further understand the application of acupoint application in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gastrointestinal surgery,this article reviews and analyzes relevant literature articles to summarize the theoretical basis of acupoint application,selection of acupoints,choice of drugs,and combination therapy,so as to provide a more comprehensive approach to clinical care for the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after gastrointestinal surgery.
