天花粉蛋白和氨甲喋呤用于异位妊娠保守治疗的临床观察

目的:比较目前用于异位妊娠保守治疗常用的两种药物天花粉蛋白联合米非司酮与氨甲喋呤(methotrexate,MTX)联合米非司酮治疗的疗效。方法:将临床确诊为异位妊娠的98例患者随机分为天花粉蛋白组和氨甲碟呤组。分别给予天花粉蛋白注射液和MTX注射液,均联合米非司酮使用。比较两组治疗的成功率、血β-HCG下降天数和患者住院时间、以及副反应。结果:天花粉蛋白组成功率(90.0%)略高于MTX组(89.6%),但是差别无统计学意义。天花粉蛋白组β-HCG下降天数和病人住院时间均显著少于MTX组。副反应也明显轻于MTX组。结论:天花粉蛋白联合米非司酮用于异位妊娠的保守治疗与MTX联合米非司酮相比,具有起效快、疗程短、用药安全简便的特点,对于异位妊娠的治疗具有使用价值。

Clinic investigation on treatment for ectopic pregnancy with combination of trichosanthin with mifepristone or combination of methotrexate with mifepristone

Objective:To compare effects of combination of trichosanthin with mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy with combination of methotrexate (MTX) with mifepristone.Methods:98 patients with ectopic pregnancy were divided randomly into trichosanthin group and MTX group.50 were treated with combination of trichosanthin with mifepristone and 48 were treated with combination of MTX with mifepristone.The treatment success rate, β-hCG decreasing duration, in-patient time and side effects of the drugs were calculated in two groups. Results: The successful rate in trichosanthin group (90.0%) was slightly higher than that in MTX group (89.6%) (P>0.05).β-hCG decreasing duration, in-patient time were significantly shorted in trichosanthin group compared with that in MTX group (P<0.05).The side effects of trichosanthin was more mild than that in MTX.Conclusion:Combination of trichosanthin with mifepristone is a relatively effective and safe method for medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
