维生素C,硫脲及枸橼酸钠对大鼠视网膜光化学损伤防护作用的研究

摘    要:
通过建立大鼠视网光化学损伤模型,以视紫红质水平为指标,探索了维生素C、硫脲、枸橼酸钠三种不同类型的药物对视风膜光化学损伤的防护作用。结果表明,光照后,各给工组的视紫红质水平均比对照组显著性地增高。其中,以硫脲最佳,维生素C和枸橼酸钠效果相近且略逊于前者,三咱药物联合效果优于单一药物。由此认为维生素C、硫脲、枸酸钠对鼠视我膜光化学损伤均有一定的防护作用,因而证实可能在介导的氧化损伤机制。

Abstract:
Protective effect of vitamin C, thiourea and citric acid on rat retina against photic injury was studied in the rat models monitored by spectrophotometry. It was demonstrated that the rhodopsin levels of all given drugs groups were significantly higher than those of control groups. Among those drugs,the thiourea had the strongest protection, while vitamin C and citric acid were close to each other and next to the thiourea. The three substances used in combination were better than in any single one. It was proved that some types of antioxidants could prevent or reduce the retinal injury to some extent.
