胃癌细胞学与生物学行为关系的探讨

目的探讨胃癌细胞学与生物学行为的关系对临床的指导意义。方法术中观察胃癌生物学行为并取材制片、以巴氏染色后行细胞学检查。结果（１）胃癌播散与肿瘤浆膜面所承受机械刺激大小有关,提示临床医师无瘤操作观念的重要性。（２）胃癌术后行腹腔冲洗检查有助于从细胞水平上消除残余癌细胞。（３）胃癌细胞学阳性率与分型有关。结论浸润型胃癌阳性率高,易腹腔种植,预后差

RELATION BETWEEN CYTOLOGY AND BIO ACTION OF GASTRIC CARCINOMA

Objective To study the directive significance of the relation between cytology and bio action of gastric carcinoma.Methods The bio action of gastric carcinoma was oberved during operation and samples were collected and their cytological examination were carried out with Papanicolaou's vaginal smear technique.Results The spread of gastric cancinoma is related to the mechnical stimulus on the surface of serosa of tumour cells,which indicates the importance of clinical tumor cell free operation. Tumor cytological tests with abdominal washing liquid should be carried out during the operation to eliminate the remaining tumour cells on abdominal cell level. The postive rate of the tests on gastric carcinoma varies with tumor type. Conclusions Infiltrating gastric carcioma shows a higher postive rate,easy transplant in abdomen and poor recovery.
