| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法我院2008年9月～2009年5月诊治的72例慢性湿疹患者分为两组，对照组36例采用咪唑斯汀片、复方氟米松软膏治疗，治疗组36例在对照组的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片治疗，两组疗程均为4周。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为94．4％、77．8％，组间有显著性差异（χ2=4．1807，P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为8．3％、5．6％，组间无显著性差异（χ2=0．2149，P〉0．05）。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性湿疹可获得满意疗效，且安全性好，值得临床推广应用。 |
