针灸配合自主牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的 :探讨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。方法 :将 60例患者随机分成 2组 ,观察组采用针灸配合膝胸位自主牵引法 ;对照组采用单纯针灸治疗方法。用疼痛指标对两组治疗前后腰腿疼痛变化作定量分析 ,用B超对两组治疗前后突出物大小改变情况作动态观察。结果 :(1 )两组疼痛指标差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ,治疗组远期止痛效果好。 (2 )B超动态观察治疗后治疗组与对照组突出物大小比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ,治疗组突出物消失或明显缩小

Clinical study on treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by acup-moxibustion combined with autonomic traction

Objective To explore an effective method for treatm ent of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The treat ment group were treated by acupuncture and moxibustion combined with autonomic t raction of knee-chest position and the control group by simple acupuncture and moxibustion. Changes of lumbocrural pain and the protuberance size before and af ter treatment were investigated respectively with pain indexes and B-ultrasonog raphy. Results The long-term analgesic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with a significant difference (P<0 05), and the protuberance disappeared or reduced obviously in the treatment g roup with a significant difference as compared with the control group (P<0 05).
