肾康3号治疗慢性肾衰竭20例

目的]观察肾康3号治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法]按中华内科杂志标准及全国中医肾衰研讨会标准,选择CRF患者共40例,随机分治疗组20例,对照组20例。治疗组用肾康3号治疗,对照组用单味大黄治疗,观察治疗前后尿素氮、肌酐、肌酐清除率、白蛋白、血红蛋白等指标及临床症状的变化。结果]治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论](1)肾康3号治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效优于单味大黄;(2)肾康3号通过补益脾肾、降浊祛瘀的作用,对慢性肾衰竭辨证属脾肾气虚证为主者,起到显著改善症状,改善肾功能并延缓慢性肾衰竭进展。
