摘 要: | DNA甲基化被认为是肿瘤形成的重要分子机制.研究发现多种抑癌基因启动子CpG岛甲基化是肺癌发生发展过程中的早期事件,对于肺癌的早期诊断、降低其发病率和死亡率具有重要意义.

Abstract: | DNA methylation is known as an important molecular mechanism for tumorigenesis.Studies find that CpG islands methylation of the promoter regions of several tumor suppressor genes is an early event in the process of lung cancer,which is significant for early diagnosis and reducing morbidity and mortality of lung cancer. |
