| 摘 要： | Toll样受体(TLR)是近年来发现的一类天然免疫受体,在天然免疫及继发激活获得性免疫过程中均发挥非常重要的作用.对TLR的进一步深入研究表明,TLR在绝大多数血液系统恶性肿瘤中均有不同程度的表达,并且发挥一定生物学效应.这为我们提高血液系统恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,改善疾病的生存和预后提供了新的潜在治疗靶点.本文旨在对TLR与血液系统恶性肿瘤之间的关系及其所发挥的作用作一综述. |

| Abstract: | Toll-like receptor(TLR) was a kind of receptor of natural immunity which was found within the past few years.TLR plays an important role in the process of natural immunity and secondarily activating acquired immunity.Further research revealed that TLR was expressed in most of hematological malignant tumors and led to some biological effects.It conferred us a potential target used to improve treatment effectiveness of tumors and ameliorate survival/ prognosis.This review was to summarize the function of TLR ... |
