氟中毒大鼠骨形态发生蛋白活性研究

摘    要:
利用氟中毒大鼠(饮用50ppm氟化钠溶液6个月)骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)建立诱导性异位成骨模型,研究氟对BMP活性的影响。采用诱导过程中~(35)S、~(40)Ca掺入率及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性4项指标来定量反映BMP的活性。结果表明;氟中毒大鼠BMP骨诱导过程迟于对照大鼠,诱导过程中的~(35)S、~(40)Ca掺入率均低于对照大鼠,ALP及ACP活性亦均低于对照大鼠。由此可见,氟能影响大鼠骨内BMP的活性,防碍骨组织的重建。

Abstract:
Activities of bone morpgorgenetic protein from rats with fluo-rosis were assessed using a modle of cartilage and bone formation induced by bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) . Incorporations of 35S and 40Ca and activities of alkaline phosphatase and acid phos-phatase were investigated during fromation of cartilage and bone. Incorporation of 35S, incorporation of 40Ca and acitvities of alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase during cartilage and hone forma' tion induced by BMPfrom rats with fluorosis were significantly less than those from normal rats. The results suggested that fluoride can inhibited the acitivities of BMP and remodeling of bone.
