我院联合社管中心带动辖区社区医院开展处方点评工作的效果分析

目的:分析我院联合社管中心培训和指导社区医院开展处方点评工作对促进基层医疗单位合理用药水平的作用。方法:在社管中心的协调支持下选定4家社区医院进行试点,抽取4家社区医院2012年1-5月份与2012年8-12月份门诊处方每月100张,我院药师带领社区医院药师共同进行点评,对不合格处方进行分析。并对社区医院开展处方点评工作前后的结果,进行对比分析。结果:我院带领社区医院开展处方点评工作后,四家社区医院的不合格处方百分率均有所下降,下降率最高的为社区医院A 11.2%,其次为社区医院B、C 10.2%。结论:在今后的工作中我们希望把取得的成果进一步推广到辖区的各家医院,更好地完成处方点评工作,提高基层医院药师的药学服务水平,增强基层医师安全用药意识,促进临床合理用药。

Prescription Comment in Community Hospitals Instructed by Our Hospital and Community Health Service Management Center

Objective： Through the experience gained in the course of prescription comment from 2009 to 2011,we have been able to carry out the training aimed at instructing fellow pharmacists in community hospitals to evaluate their prescriptions. Methods： With the support of the Community Management Center, four community hospitals were appointed as tryouts. Pharmacists from our hospital together with those from the chosen hospitals evaluated the prescriptions from January to May and from August to December in 2012, of which 100 per month were needed. Results： With the efforts of pharmacists from our hospital, the number of improper prescriptions in community hospitals decreased, with the maximum drop by 11.2% and two following 10.2%. Conclusion： We are looking forward to spread the work to the rest of the community hospitals in our charge. In this way, we can improve the pharmaceutical services of fellow pharmacists and raise their awareness of medicine safety, thus promote rational drug use.
