常温条件下的生物塑化研究

摘    要:目的:介绍经改进后适合在国内普及推广的生物塑化新技术,方法:选用经福尔马林常规固定的人体内脏,肌肉关节,胎儿,肠癌,肺癌,畸胎等技术,采用常温条件(10℃~25℃)和间断真空浸渗处理的技术工艺进行生物塑化加工,结果:制备出几百件高质量的塑化标本,均保持原有形态和色泽达5年以上,结论:结合目前国内的现状,与目前国外流行的低温塑化技术(-25℃~30℃)和连续真空浸渗法比较,采用常温条件和间断真空浸渗

Abstract:In the standard plastination procedures, originally developed and described by Von Hagens,the dehydration of specimens is normally achieved by freeze substitution in acetone at-25 C--30 C , forced impregnation is also carried out at this same, low temperature usually in a deep freezer. We have devised the new procedures for plastination, which allow these steps to be car-ried out at room temperature (10-25C). The results are good and many high quality gross anatomical specimens have been prepared in this way. The specimens have remained in good con-dition and their colors are retained for more than five years.
