| 摘 要： | 目的：评价酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对梅毒病人诊断的敏感性和特异性。方法：使用目前常用的梅毒密螺旋体感染诊断酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对3718例2006-7-1至2007-7-1门诊及住院手术输血病人进行检测。若结果阳性再做梅毒简介血凝试验（TPHA）。结果：ELISA共检阳性37例,其中30例经临床诊断为阳性。结论：该方法灵敏度高,操作方便。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of ELISA in diagnosis of syphilis.Methods:The performance of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) technique for detection of treponema for the laboratory diagnosis of syphilis was evaluated in 3718 cases of outpatient and transfusion patient operated in hospital during 2006 to 2007.Patients with positive result were detected by treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay.Results:A total of 37 cases were positively examined by ELISA.Thirty of these 37 patients were positively diagnosed by clinical examination.Conclusion:ELISAs are highly sensitive and easily manipulated. |
