摘    要:子宫内膜异位症是一种女性的常见疾病,其特征为子宫内膜组织在子宫外出现生长和浸润现象。虽然子宫内膜异位症的病因学有很多理论,但子宫内膜异位症的发病机制仍不明。近年来长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)被证实在多种疾病中发挥重要的调控作用。由于lncRNAs在多个层面上影响基因表达,故笔者围绕不同种类的长链非编码RNA,如lncRNA印记基因H19、lncRNA CHL1-AS2、lncRNA MALAT-1、lncRNA AC002 454.1、lncRNA类固醇受体RNA激活物(SRA)、长基因间非编码RNA(lincRNAs)、lncRNA HOXA11-AS1等在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Endometriosis (EMs) is a common disease of women, which is characterized by the growth and infiltration of endometrial tissue outside the uterus. Although there are many theories on the etiology of EMs, the pathogenesis of EMs is still unknown. In recent years, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to play an important regulatory role in various diseases. Since lncRNAs affect gene expression on multiple levels, the author reviews the research progress of different types of lncRNAs in the pathogenesis of EMs, such as lncRNA imprinted gene H19, lncRNA CHL1-AS2, lncRNA MALAT-1, lncRNA AC002454.1, lncRNA steroid receptor RNA activator(SRA), long intergenic noncoding RNAs (lincRNAs), lncRNA HOXA11-AS1, and etc
