酒鬼乐颗粒中挥发油包合工艺研究

摘    要:
目的优选β-环糊精包合酒鬼乐颗粒中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验,以挥发油利用率、包合物收得率及包合物含油率为评价指标优选其最佳包合工艺。结果最佳包合工艺为A2B2C3,即挥发油与β-环糊精之比为1:6,包合温度45℃,包合时间1.5h。结论该工艺切实可行.重复性好,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:
Objective To study optimum inclusion process conditions for volatile oil in Jiuguile Keli. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal test was used on optimizing the best process to the utilization ratio of volatile oil, the yield ratio and oil- bearing rate of inclusion compound as the evaluation index. Results The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as oil: β- CD = 1:6,the inclusion temperature was 45℃, the inclusion time was 1.5 b. Conclusion This process is feasible, and repeatability, suitable for industrial production.
