| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方消渴滴丸中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱（200mm×4．6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（28：72）,流速1．0mL／min,柱温30℃,紫外检测波长250nm,进样体积10μL。结果葛根素质量浓度在83．68～836．8μg／mL内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0．9998（n=7）。高、中、低3种不同质量浓度溶液的平均回收率为99．08％,RSD=1．09％（n=9）。结论该方法简便易行、重复性好,可作为复方消渴滴丸的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of assay and of puerarin in Fufangxiaoke Pills. Methods The chromatographic conditions were C18 columne quipped with a C18 column（200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）, with the mobile phase of methanol ： water（28：72）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was 250 nm, the injection volumn was 10μL. Results The puerarin curves were linear over the concentration range of 83.68-836.8 μg/mL（RSD=0.999 8）,and the average recovery was 99. 08% for three different levels of the added amount of puerarin, RSD = 1.09% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible. It can be used as the preparation of quality control methods. |
