浅析子宫肌瘤阴式剔除手术

目的：对子宫肌瘤阴式剔除手术进行分析和探讨;方法：选取54例采用子宫肌瘤阴式剔除术的患者,手术后对患者应用常规的治疗方式一抗生素治疗,并对患者进行维持3～6个月的随访和记录,作详细的研究和分析;结果：54例采用子宫肌瘤171式剔除手术的患者均获得成功,没有输尿管、膀胱、直晒因手术受到损伤,没有中转开腹的患者,患者身体恢复良好;结论：子宫肌瘤阴式剔除术的特点是创伤小、操作时间短、恢复快、能保留子宫、腹壁无瘢痕、经济有效,值得临床推广。
