护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者家庭康复的影响

目的探讨家庭康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法将30例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为干预组16例和对照组14例。用才藤7级分类法作为评价标准，对干预组患者进行以吞咽功能训练为主的家庭康复护理。对照组采用神经科常规护理治疗。结果两组患者4周康复护理训练后评分间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。干预组治疗后评分较治疗前明显改善，并且与对照组比较有明显差异（P〈0．01）。干预组和对照组显效率和有效率分别为50％、100％和0、64．3％。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者进行以吞咽功能训练为主的家庭康复护理干预。能显著改善患者的吞咽功能。

The Effect of Family Rehabilitation Nursing on the Stroke Dysphagia

Objective To explore the influence about family rehabilitation Nursing on the stroke dysphagia. Methods Thirty stroke patient with swallowing problems were divided into intervention group and control group randomly, the ease number is respectively sixteen and fourteen, family rehabilitation nursing, particularly swallowing function training was used to the intervention group, The assessment described by Saitou was used in 7 grades. Results As compared with pre - treatment, the score of intervention group was significant improvement after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Family rehabilitation nursing, partieularly swallowing function training can significantly improve deglutition function of the stroke dysphagia.
