| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨指动脉背侧支逆行皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损的临床效果.方法:应用指动脉背侧支逆行皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损10例12指指端缺损.结果:手指的功能和外形均取得了令人满意的效果.结论:指动脉背侧支逆行皮瓣适宜指端缺损的修复. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the treatment outcome of the reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps to the repair of finger soft tissue loss. Method: A total of 10 cases(12 digital)were treated with the reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps.Result: Satisfactory results were obtained in digital appearance and function.Conclusion: The reversed digital arterial dorsal branch island flaps were particularly helpful for repair of finger and/or fingertip defects. |
