侵袭性上颌窦真菌病10例报告

目的：提高临床对上与颌窦真菌病的诊疗水平。方法：侵袭性上颌窦真菌病10例，均行CT扫描。10例行Caldwell-Lucs's术，均未用抗真菌药物治疗。结果：其骨化缺损呈溶骨性破坏，与良性肿瘤引起的膨胀性骨质缺损不同，而与恶性肿瘤相似，随访6个月－2年无1例复发。结论：CT诊断该病有重要意义，尽早手术探查有利于明确诊断。

Analysis of 10 Cases With Aggressive Fungal Maxillary Sinusitis

: To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of aggressive fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods: 10 cases were dignosed with CT. Caldwell - Lue's surgery was done in 10 cases. None of them were treated by antifungal agents. Results: It showed osteolytic damge with bony defect which was different from expanded bony defect caused by benign tumor but similar to malignant tumor. No recurrence occurred in 6 months to 2 years follow - up. Conclusion: Computed tomography is very important in its diagnosis. Early explorative operation is useful in making definite diagnosis.
