探讨护理告知程序对PICC置管肿瘤患者的影响

目的：探讨护理告知程序对PICC置管肿瘤患者健康知识和生活质量的影响。方法：选取303例行PICC置管的肿瘤患者，将其随机分为观察组（150例）和对照组（153例），对照组实行常规护理，观察组在此基础上通过护理告知程序实行健康教育，观察比较两组患者的健康知识掌握情况和生活质量变化。结果：观察组患者的健康知识达标率为92%，显著高于对照组的77.1%（P<0.05）；观察组患者生活质量的评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对行PICC置管的肿瘤患者实行护理告知程序能有效提高患者的健康知识水平，改善其生活质量，值得临床广泛应用。

To explore the nursing processes of PICC catheter tumor patients

Objective:To study the nursing processes of PICC catheter tumor patients health knowledge and the influence of the quality of life. Selection. Methods:our hospital, 303 patients who underwent tumor of PICC catheter will be randomly divided into observation group (150 cases) and control group (153 cases) and control group with routine nursing, the observation group based on the program via nursing to implement health education, observe the compare the situation of health knowledge mastering in two groups of patients and quality of life changes. Results:the observation group of patients with health knowledge success rate was 92%, significantly higher than that of control group 77.1% (P<0.05);Patient quality of life scores observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:the nursing of tumor patients in PICC line processes can effectively improve the patient's level of health knowledge, improve their quality of life, worthy of clinical widely used.
