产前超声检查在胎儿泌尿系统异常中的应用价值

目的：探讨超声在胎儿泌尿系统异常中的应用价值。方法：通过分析18例胎儿泌尿系统异常的声像图特征，结合后续复查随访，判断病变的性质。结果：18例异常中，多数病例为功能性病变，器质性病变如无其他系统合并症，大多为非致死性。结论：超声对胎儿泌尿系统异常的检出及性质的判断有较大的优势，但也存在一定的客观局限性。

Application value of prenatal ultrasonography in the fetal urinary system abnormalities

Objective: To explore the application value of ultrasound in fetal urinary system abnormalities. Methods:Through the analysis of 18 cases of abnormal fetal urinary system ultrasonographic features,combined with the subsequent follow-up,the judgment of the nature of disease. Results:In 18 cases of abnormal,the majority of cases of functional lesion,organic diseases such as no other system disease,most were non fatal. Conclusion:advantage of the ultrasonic detection and judgment of the nature of abnormal fetal urinary system,but there are also some objective limitations.
