| 摘 要： | 目的：：讨论螺旋CT三维重建技术在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的价值。方法：收集68例胫骨平台骨折患者的CT平扫及三维重建图像，与X线图像对比，分析CT平扫及三维重建技术在诊断中的价值。结果：68例中X线发现骨折63例，CT及三维重建显示全部胫骨平台骨折，且CT三维重建在胫骨平台分型方面优于X线。结论：CT三维重建技术能全方位的显示胫骨平台骨折的形态、平台塌陷的程度，有助于骨折分型及降低漏诊率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss The value of 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in diagnosising of tibial plateau fractures. Methods:To collect 68 patients with fracture of tibial plateau of CT scan and 3 d reconstruction images, and contrast the X-ray image . Analyze the value of CT scan and 3 d reconstruction tech-nique in the process of diagnosing. Results:Among the 68 cases with fracture, X-ray revealed fracture in 63 cases, while CT and three-dimensional reconstruction revealed all tibial plateau fractures in all the 68 cases. What’s more CT three dimensional reconstruction is superior to X-ray in classification of tibial plateau. Conclusion:CT three-di-mensional reconstruction technique can display a full-range of the types of tibial plateau fracture, and the extent of tibial plateau fractures, which helps to classify fractures and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis. |
