合肥市儿童青少年贫血状况调查

目的了解城乡儿童青少年贫血患病现状及其影响因素,为开展贫血防治工作提供科学依据。方法用氰化高铁血红蛋白测定法对我市3县4区12个监测点中1493名儿童青少年进行血红蛋白含量的检测。结果2005年,合肥市中小学生贫血检出率为6.8%,农村检出率（10.1%）高于城市（4.5%）。贫血检出率在7岁、9岁（女生）和14岁较为突出,尤其是农村17岁女生检出率颇高（19.2%）。结论合肥市中小学生贫血防治工作已达到《全国学生贫血综合防治方案》第二阶段目标要求,但是贫血问题尚未达到彻底改善的程度,中小学生贫血防治工作仍需进一步加强。

Investigation of Anemia Situation of Children and Adolescents in Hefei Prefecture

Objective To assess current anemia prevalence and related factors of children and adolescents and provide scientific basis for developing preventive measures in Hefei city.Methods Hemoglobin content of 1493 students in primary and middle schools from 12 surveillance sizes in 3 counties and 4 districts was tested using cyanmethemoglobin detection method.Results Among the 1493 students,rate of anemia was 6.8% in 2005.The prevalence of anemia in rural areas(10.1%)was higher than that in urban areas(4.5%).The prevalence of anemia was higher in group aged 7,9,and 14.Prevalence of adolescent girls aged 17 from rural areas was the highest(19.2%).Conclusions We achieved the goals set by "National Comprehensive Program for Students Anemia Prevention(trial)".But we still had much to do in our work of prevention of anemia,because the prevalence of anemia have existed in some degree.
