女性年龄与HPV感染、宫颈上皮内瘤变的研究现状

子宫颈癌发病趋于年轻化，原因不明。研究发现，年轻女性人乳头状瘤病毒（Human Papillomavirus，HPV）感染和子宫颈上皮内瘤变（Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia，CIN）发生率高，治疗后易复发或持续。女性年龄与HPV感染和CIN的发生、发展密切相关。世界项级癌症中心和发达国家的宫颈癌筛查及管理指南中，确立了年龄别管理策略。我国应加强年龄与HPV感染、CIN相关的数据积累。
