摘    要:目的研究抑癌基因nm23-H1突变与子宫内膜癌的发生、临床分期、组织学分级的关系。方法取正常子宫内膜组织20例,增生过长内腹35例,内膜腺癌组织30例,以PCR-SSCP技术检测nm23-H1基因的突变情况。结果正常子宫内膜组织中未发现nm23-H1基因突变,复杂型增生过长内膜中发现1例突变,内膜癌组织中2例中、晚期低分化腺癌发生基因突变。结论 nm23-H1基因突变与低分化子宫内膜癌及内膜癌转移有关,提示nm23-H1基因在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展、组织分化中发挥作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the mutation of nm23-H1 gene and the occurence,clinical stage and differ- entiation of endometrial caecinoma.Methods Tissue samples fron 20 nomal endometrium,35 hyperplasia endometrium and 30 endometrial carci- noma cases were obtained after operations.The mutation of nm23-H1 gene was detected by PCR-SSCP.Results The mutation of nm23-H1 gene was found in 1 complex hyperplasia tissu,emand 2 advanced endometrial carcinomas.no mutation was found in 20 normal tissues.Conclusion Our farmings imply that mutation of nm23-H1 gene is correlated with metastasis and poor differentiation.So nm23-H1 gene may play an im- portant role in the occurrence and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
