驾驶员心理健康状况与交通事故的关系分析

目的：分析驾驶员心理健康状况与交通事故的关系。方法：采用SCL-90对3849名驾驶员进行心理健康状况测评。测评结果采用本次团体自我评估方法并参考我国SCL-90常模进行评价。结果：事故组与无事故组之间，总均分，阳性项目数，躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子差异存在统计学意义；两组的异常检出率差异也有统计学意义。结论：交通事故的发生与驾驶员的心理健康状况有关。

An Analysis of the Relation of Drivers' Mental Health States to Traffic Accidents

Objective：This aims at analyzing the relationship between drivers＇ mental health states traffic accidents.Method：The mental health conditions of 3849 （professional） drivers are assessed using SCL-90 model.The assessments are based on group self-evaluation in reference with standards of SCL-90 model in China.Result：Statistical analyses indicate thot there are significant differences between accident and no-accident groups in the total average,positive item numbers,somatization,compulsion, interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety, hostility, terror, bigotry, and psychotic factors.There is also significant difference in anomaly detection rate between the two groups.Conclusion：The drivers＇mental health status relates to the incidence of traffic accidents.
