脊柱微创介入镇痛术配合中药健腰方治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

目的:探讨脊柱微创介入镇痛术配合中药健腰方对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效和安全性。方法:按照随机数字表的方法将150例LDH患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用硬膜外腔侧隐窝微创介入多次给药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药健腰方口服治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者病症积分及腰腿疼痛程度,治疗有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗后VAS积分及中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组优良率高于对照组(93.3%vs 80.0%,P<0.05),且治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论:脊柱微创介入镇痛术配合中药健腰方能改善LDH患者疼痛程度及中医证候评分,提高治疗有效率,且治疗过程中未见明显不良反应,安全性较好,值得临床深入研究。

Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery with Traditional Chinese Medicine Jianyaofang for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of analgesic minimally invasive spine surgery with Chinese medicine Jianyaofang for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） for lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 150 patients with LDH were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given minimally invasive lateral recess repeated epidural administration and the observation group was given Chinese medicine Jianyaofang on the basis of the control group. The degree of integration and leg pain （ VAS scores ）, treatment effectiveness and adverse events were compared. Results ： After treatment, the VAS scores and TCM symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The efficient rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （93.3 % vs 80. 0%, P 〈 0. 05 ） and no signifi- cant adverse reaction was found. Conclusion：Minimally invasive spine surgery with traditional Chinese medicine Jianyaofang for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve TCM symptoms score of patients, improve the efficiency of treatment and have no significant adverse reactions, which shows that it is safe and worthy of further study.
