基于“哮喘从少阳论治”理论加味小柴胡汤治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

目的:以"哮喘从少阳论治"理论为指导观察加味小柴胡汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:采用随机、对照的方法应用加味小柴胡汤治疗支气管哮喘,观察临床疾病疗效、临床中医证候疗效、速效β2受体激动剂(SABA)平均每天使用的次数、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)以及呼气峰值流速(PEF)治疗前后的变化。结果:两组病例治疗后总有效率以及平均每天使用SABA的次数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后FEV1及PEF肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与对照组比较,加味小柴胡汤治疗支气管哮喘有明显的定喘止咳作用,在治疗支气管哮喘时,对于患者临床症状、中医证候、肺功能FEV1和PEF的改善以及减少每天使用SABA的次数等方面均优于单纯西药治疗,值得进一步推广。

Clinical Observation on Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma Based on Theory of Treating Asthma From Shaoyang

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction in treatment of asthma from Shaoyang theory. Methods ： A randomized, controlled method of Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction treatment of bronchial asthma was used. The efficacy, clinical TCM syndromes, available β2 -agonist （SABA）, the average daily number of uses, forced expiratory volume in 1 second （ FEV1 ） and peak expiratory flow （PEF） were observed before and after treatment. Results ：The two groups total efficiency and average number of times per day SABA was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, FEV1 and PEF lung function were better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with control group, Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma can relieve cough significantly. The clinical symptoms, syndromes, FEV1 and PEF improvement in lung function and the daily use of SABA＇s times were better than simply using western medicine, worthy of further promotion.
